New UK Visa policy change will allow thousands of professionals' visas to return and work in the UK. The returning professionals were advised to leave the country when the immigration rules changed. Thousands of Indian professionals were left with no option but to return home from Britain since they did not qualify under the new criteria introduced.Under the new visa policy guidelines all such Indian and other non-EU professionals would now be allowed to return to Britain and resume work under the criteria which they first entered the UK. It is estimated that following the introduction of the criteria around 5,000 highly skilled migrants were forced to leave Britain. The rules which were passed by the UK border & immigration agency also saw many asians whom applied for extensions to their visas refused, and were instead served deportation orders.Despite this changed criteria, new policy guidance will now cover not only migrants who were approved, but also those who were refused extension under the unlawful rules entry to the UK again. 6) Seasonal agricultural workers
7) Writers, composers and artists
8) Overseas government employees

The requirements for these categories are different for common employment but not difficult like other work permits as they are supported by the government.
If you come to the UK under any of these categories, except as a seasonal agricultural worker, your husband, wife, civil partner or eligible partner and children under 18 can join you as your dependants if:
they have a visa for this purpose, and
you can support them without needing any help from public funds.
If you are already in the UK you should give your dependants copies of the pages of your passport containing your entry stamp and personal details
