International Graduate ServiceThis replaces the former Science and Engineering Graduates Scheme (SEGS) from 1 May 2007, and is essentially a work permit available to non-EEA graduates to work in the UK up to one year. We will guide you through the process and advise on necessary documentation.

This is a ground available to Commonwealth nationals who have a grandparent born in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man, for entry into the UK for five years with ability to join the work force. After five years, an application can be made for permanent residency. We will advise fully on documentation required and submit the application for you.
Naturalisation (Citizenship)If you have been in the UK for a period of time you may qualify to apply for naturalisation as a British Citizen. This will give you significant advantages, for example, if you need to regularly travel within Europe you would not need to apply for a visa or be subject to immigration controls. Please bear in mind, though, that under the laws of some countries a person will lose their nationality if they become a citizen of another country unless your original country has dual citizenship policiy. You should chect with your home country immigration before proceeding. You can qualify in either of the following two ways;
Naturalisation after five years in the UK
Naturalisation after three years in the UK as a spouse of a UK Citizen
All applicants should:
be at least 18 years old;
be of good character;
have a good command of English, Scottish or Welsh;
intend to live in the UK or in Crown Service abroad working directly for a UK Government organisation, or be employed by an international organisation of which the UK is a member, or be employed by a company or association established in the UK
have passed the UK government's "Life in the UK" test.

5) Naturalisation:
After five years in the UKAny applicant not married to a UK citizen will need to meet the following additional requirements:
you should have been present in the UK at least five years before the the date you submit your application to the Home Office;
you must have held permanent residence/ indefinite leave to remain (ILR) for the 12 months before the application;
you should not have been absent from the UK for more than 450 days within the 5 year period (this period can be extended in certain circumstances);
you should not have been out of the country for more than 90 days within the previous 12 months;
you must not have been in breach of UK immigration rules at any time during the 5 year period.

6) Working Holiday:
This visa enables a Commonwealth national aged between 17 and 30 years to work and live in the UK for up to two years, but can only work for up to 12 months in that period. We will assist you in making the application for entry clearance for the same.

7) Domestic Workers
There are certain criteria required for making an application under this ground - you must be aged between 18 to 65 years and employed under the same roof as your employer in another country for at least one year. We will guide you in the process of making an application, advising fully on supporting documentation.
